Telehealth appointments are available Monday–Thursday, and in-person services are available Tuesday and Wednesday. Standard sessions are 50–55 minutes.

The standard out-of-pocket rate for individual or couples counseling is $165.

A superbill is a detailed receipt that itemizes the completed payments across multiple visits. If your insurance covers out-of-network services or you have a spending account for mental health care, you can submit a superbill to request reimbursement.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act for expected fees for self-pay services.
