About Me
“Healing takes time, and asking for help is a courageous step.” –– Mariska Hargitay
As a neurodivergent member of the LGBTQ+ community, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience into my work, creating a space that is affirming, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity.
My clinical interests include supporting individuals navigating LGBTQ+ identities, neurodivergence, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma (including PTSD and CPTSD), and recovery from domestic violence and abuse. I also work with couples (and other relational groupings), helping partners build healthier communication patterns, strengthen emotional connection, and navigate challenges with greater understanding and care. I am kink- and ENM-affirming in my work.
My approach is eclectic and client-centered, primarily rooted in talk therapy while integrating mindfulness and somatic techniques to support whole-person growth. I strive to meet each client where they are, tailoring the therapeutic process to their unique needs, goals, and strengths.
My conceptualization begins with an intersectional perspective that considers the impact of discrimination and marginalization on my clients’ overall wellbeing. I believe therapy should honor the full complexity of your experience, including the ways systems, relationships, and internal narratives have shaped you. Together, we will work toward greater self-understanding, self-trust, and a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.
Above all, my goal is to offer a space where you can feel free to show up as your whole self.
